You're entitled to your opinion, but we like to think we succeed most of the time.
It's in the spirit of community betterment through better dialogue that every-other-month we'll be hosting a series of events and forums at our spankin' new space in Atlantic Station. The series is called Political Party. And we want you to come hang out!
The first of these events — scheduled for next Wednesday, Feb. 22, from 7-8 p.m. — is a panel discussion about the redistricting effort within Atlanta Public Schools. Panelists include Priscilla Borders of the Old Fourth Ward Neighborhood Association and Ken Edelstein of the Candler Park Neighborhood Association; the discussion will be led by CL editor-in-chief Eric Celeste. (APS Superintendent Erroll B. Davis declined to speak at the forum.)
If you're interested in the redistricting debate, invested in the redistricting debate, or you just want to see where CL's billy-goat-eating trolls toil day in and day out, come. It's free. Check it out on Facebook.
Address: 231 18th St. in Atlantic Station. Second floor.
