KSU attempts to break record for largest human peace sign

Posted By on Mon, Apr 2, 2012 at 1:01 PM

On Saturday afternoon at Kennesaw State University, students and community members attempted to break the record for the world's largest human peace sign. They fell short of the 5,818 people needed to break the record, but it still makes for a pretty cool photograph, which was shot by a helicopter they hired for the event. "We got over 2,000 people to stand for peace — that within itself is quite an accomplishment," said Jesse Blowers, a senior at Kennesaw State and the creator of the KSU peace project.
