FRIDAY

The 6th annual MondoHomo festival of queerlicious fun started last night with the opening of the exhibit Queers on the New Frontier at the Arts Exchange. Find out more about the fest in my interview with organizer Jesse Morgan.

Decatur's Friday evening art walk will feature a live drawing event with dancers from CORE Performance Company and students from the Art Institute of Atlanta-Decatur.
SATURDAY

The Decatur Arts Festival Artists Market, which features more than 160 artists, takes over the city's quaint square Saturday and Sunday.
WonderRoot celebrates its fourth anniversary with a dinos vs. robots party that promises dance battles, a poetry slam, music by Concord America, ClanDestined and Sex BBQ, food trucks, video mash-ups, a robots vs. dinosaurs sculpture show and more.

Kibbee Gallery hosts a closing reception for Rich Gere's exhibit Here and Now; There and Again from 7-9 p.m.
SUNDAY
Living Walls Concepts and Evereman are partnering with AM 1690's new outreach program ARTWORKS to offer workshops at Evereman's studio. Sign up to make your own little cube through ARTWORKS at Saturday's "Vari-Okey" event at the Goat Farm. Evereman will use all the magnets to create a mural intervention at an undisclosed time and place.
