Wonk / Transit New Beltline renderings suggest that silhouettes will one day use smart-growth project, rule Atlanta

Atlanta Beltline Inc., the nonprofit group that's planning and developing the 22-mile loop of parks, trails, and transit that's taking shape around the city, released new renderings yesterday that give a better idea of how the project might possibly look. The images, drawn up by Perkins+Will, show how the streetcar component might cross at various types of intersections, possible looks of pedestrian bridges, how adjacent neighborhoods and the Beltline might coexist, tree plantings, etc. Feast on them with your eyes.
