L5P gets some gloATL

ON RECORD: The storefront of Criminal Records was one of the sites for Atlanta dance company gloATLs performance of Liquid Culture last summer. gloATL returns to Little Five Points this Saturday night.

  • ON RECORD: The storefront of Criminal Records was one of the sites for Atlanta dance company gloATL's performance of "Liquid Culture" last summer. gloATL returns to Little Five Points this Saturday night.
Atlanta dance company gloATL will give a free performance in Little Five Points this Saturday evening, July 14, beginning at 6:30 p.m. Performers will be in various shop windows and other locations around Little Five Points for the installation, which lasts until 9 p.m.

The event is part of the company's summer series of performances in Atlanta's public places titled Liquid Culture: a utopia station series. This year's Liquid Culture repeats a similar set of performances given in the same places last summer.

Saturday, July 14, 6:30-­9 p.m. Little 5 Points Storefronts 

Friday and Saturday, July 20-21, 8:30-9:30 p.m. Sol LeWitt’s 54 Columns/Old 4th Ward with the Atlanta Opera

All shows are free and open to the public.
