Transit Atlanta, you've come a long way

We interrupt the different debates about the T-SPLOST to take you back in time. The date was Sept. 28, 1991. Atlanta was five years away from hosting the Olympics. And Creative Loafing featured one of the hippest people I've ever seen straight communicatin' on his phone/VCR while pedaling to work. And wearing my gloves!
