A Wisconsin engineer and amateur gunsmith recently used his 3D printer to, what else, print parts for the .22-caliber rifle he was building. His parts were plastic, but skeptics worry the rise in metal material available for 3D printers will lead to the creation of the first fully 3D printed gun sometime soon. Meanwhile, some gun-enthusiast groups push for it.
3) A seven-year-old in northeast Atlanta summoned her Hulk strength and fought off a would-be abductor last night. Police are still on the hunt for a suspect described as a roughly 50-year-old black male about six feet, one inch tall.
