First Slice 9/3/12: Occupy Atlanta lawsuit against city dismissed

Occupy Atlanta's lawsuit accusing the city of violating its members' First Amendment rights was dismissed by a federal judge on Friday. And in other Occupy legal news, three college journalists, including a former CL photography intern, who were arrested while covering the leaderless movement's protest appeared in court last week.
