News First Slice 9/3/12: Occupy Atlanta lawsuit against city dismissed

Occupy Atlanta's lawsuit accusing the city of violating its members' First Amendment rights was dismissed by a federal judge on Friday. And in other Occupy legal news, three college journalists, including a former CL photography intern, who were arrested while covering the leaderless movement's protest appeared in court last week.
MARTA's Breeze vending machines are still having problems accepting debit and credit cards.
