The state has reopened its investigation into Narconon of Georgia, the controversial drug rehabilitation program that uses heavy doses of vitamins and sauna sessions to help users kick their addictions, after the death of a young patient. At issue, according to the AJC's Christian Boone: whether the program's Norcross location was illegally operating a residential facility.
The Archdiocese of Atlanta, which still hasn't said whether it'll give us (me) a cut of all that "Gone With the Wind" money, tells its members not to donate to the Susan G. Komen for the Cure Foundation because it funds abortions.
