The Atlanta City Council today is expected to vote on whether they should receive a more than 50 percent pay raise, from $39,473 to $60,300.

Will Jamestown Properties be able to coax tenants to Ponce City Market, the mega-complex taking shape in the shell of what once was City Hall East? Especially when demand for office space in Atlanta is low and the development is located more than one mile from MARTA rail.

Behold what might be Atlanta's "most unique and artistic roundabout."
