- Secretary of State Brian Kemp is pulling out all the stops to get answers from Fulton County election officials.
The Atlanta Business Chronicle reports that the 70,251 square-foot Buckhead Marketplace has sold for $40 million.

Secretary of State Brian Kemp has subpoenaed documents from Fulton County's elections office. The move comes after county officials have reportedly not cooperated with Kemp's attempted investigations following numerous voter complaints from last year's election.
