This week's Time and Place photo was shot while I was entering City Hall for a press conference announcing that the city, the Georgia World Congress Center Authority, and the Atlanta Falcons had struck a deal for a new football stadium. I saw this sign right before I went through security. I laughed. I was going to hear details about a $1 billion deal, one that would be partially funded by at least $200 million via a hotel and motel tax, and yet the sign at City Hall's entrance could not even be spelled properly. It did not inspire confidence in city government. When I mentioned this to a City Hall employee, they told me it made perfect sense because "there is no 'I' in City Hall."
