First Slice 5/12/13: Carbon dioxide levels are highest in 3 million years

Scientists say carbon dioxide levels in the atmosphere are at highs that have not been seen since the first humans dragged their knuckles along the ground. The dubious milestone is fueling concerns that time is quickly running out to reverse or slow global warming. Basically, we're screwed.
