Wanna participate in a free MARTA scavenger hunt?

You never know what youll find in the wonderful world known as MARTA
You've most likely wasted hours riding MARTA and wandering its stations in the past. But it has probably never been this exciting.

On Sat., June 15th, MARTA will host the first-ever Dump the Pump Dash, a three-and-a-half hour scavenger hunt across the rainbow of rail lines that's expected to be rife with riddles and challenges. The free event - well, you do need to pay transit fare - kicks off at noon.

Sign up your team of four to eight people here. On Saturday, meet at the Five Points station and spend the weekend afternoon cracking clues and racing around the city. Be sure to purchase a MARTA pass if you don't already have one.

If the idea of an urban adventure isn't enough, MARTA is offering winning teams such prizes as Apple iPad Minis and solar-powered backpacks.

The event coincides with National Dump the Pump Day. Organized by the American Public Transportation Association, the event gives transit systems across the country the opportunity to promote the economic and environmental benefits of public transportation.
