Antoinette Tuff, a school clerk at the Ronald E. McNair Discovery Learning Academy, told ABC News yesterday that she helped convince the alleged gunman who fired shots at police from inside the school to surrender. DeKalb County Police have identified the suspect as Michael Brandon Hill. He's been charged with aggravated assault on a police officer, terroristic threats and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, among other offenses.
