First Slice 9/3/13: State toll agency pushes back against 'Lexus Lanes' study

The State Roadway and Toll Authority says a recent Southern Environmental Law Center report, based on information obtained from Open Records requests, that says people who live in affluent areas are more likely to use I-85's HOT lanes is flawed. Oh, and officials ask that you please do not call them "Lexus Lanes."
