Campaign sign shenanigans caught on tape in Reynoldstown

Posted By on Fri, Oct 18, 2013 at 3:52 PM

If you're gonna grab a campaign sign from someone's front yard, you should first make sure there's not a home surveillance system recording your every move. At least if you're in Reynoldstown.

A tipster passed along the video from Wednesday evening which features someone plucking a lawn sign supporting Atlanta City Councilwoman Natalyn Archibong from a front yard in the southeast Atlanta neighborhood.

The race to represent District 5, which includes Reynoldstown, Edgewood, East Atlanta, and East Lake, is one of the municipal election season's most crowded. (Considering that our tipster says someone has also been scooping up signs in Edgewood, quite heated.) Archibong, who is seeking a fourth term at City Hall, is running against Matt Rinker, Christian Entrekin, Jon Jones, and John Michalik.
