Cast your ballots, Atlanta!

Posted By on Tue, Nov 5, 2013 at 7:00 AM

Election Day is finally here. And there are lots of questions to be answered. Will Councilman H. Lamar Willis stay or go? Does Mary Norwood reclaim her citywide post? What will Atlanta Public Schools' board of education look like after tomorrow?

We'll soon find out. But first, you must cast your votes. The actual process of punching a ballot or touching a computer screen can be an ordeal. Here are a few tips to make life a little bit easier on Nov. 5.

First things first: Visit the Secretary of State's My Voter Page: mvp.sos.state.ga.us

Are you registered? You should've done this already. If you're not sure, check the MVP site.

Where to go: Type your name, county, and birth date into the MVP website to find out.

What to bring: Driver's license, passport, or any ID issued from the state government, federal government, or U.S. military.

Got a problem? Call the Secretary of State's office at 404-656-2871.
