John Schuerholz: Braves 'have no Plan B' if proposed Cobb stadium deal falls through

We have no Plan B. We think very positively that the vote will go in our favor. We've had a lot of great, positive feedback about the feelings of many, many people in Cobb County and the leadership of Cobb County. ... So we're very optimistic. We are confident, but we are optimistic more than anything.

Atlanta Braves President John Schuerholz told business leaders that the team is moving full steam ahead toward building its new stadium in Cobb County. If the county's commissioners vote against the use of public funds next Tuesday, he says there's no contingency plan at the moment - Turner Field or otherwise. (via Atlanta Business Chronicle)
