Zoo’s youngest baby gorilla has the most beautiful head of hair in Atlanta

Behold Anaka, Zoo Atlanta’s youngest gorilla. The female infant born this summer to Sukari and 24-year-old silverback Taz was named by the daughter of one of the zoo’s longtime patrons. Anaka is the 21st gorilla born at the zoo since 1988 and is a descendant of the late Willie B. She also has the finest quasi-pompadour within the city limits.
