Atlanta loves a good comeback story. We’ve been burned (hello, General Sherman), hit by a tornado, and even our beloved ‘91 Braves went from worst to first in arguably one of the greatest turnarounds in sports history. Despite everything negative that has been thrown at our city, we as a community have always found ways to turn the situation into a positive that only made us stronger.

In continuing with the effort to shed more light on the people, places, and organizations trying to make a difference in ATL, our Do Good Campaign, needs your help. This series of grassroots partnerships will raise funds for neighborhood projects that might not have found the resources otherwise.

From a park in Old Fourth Ward dedicated to the late activist Marie Cowser, Capitol View and Capitol View Manor cleanup to restoring and reviving Oakland Cemetery in light of damage caused by that aforementioned twister, we’re working to make sure every curb and corner from Vine City to Marietta gets attention.

See some good happening in the ATL? Snap a picture and tag it #DoGoodATL to help spread the love, and take the conversation beyond this web domain. In the meantime, head over to our nomination page and tell us more about an organization or project you feel deserves the #DoGoodATL treatment.
