Ponce City Market units are available for lease and man they're pricey

And they'll have no problem filling up either. After more than a year of construction, the residential units at Ponce City Market, that glistening, mixed-use marvel along the Atlanta Beltline's Eastside Trail, are available for lease. They're rich with amenities, including sleek appliances, big windows, and the kind of gritty urban feel you'd expect. And the rent might have given some folks sticker shock. If you're looking to spend as much as $1,340 a month for a 575-square-foot studio along the Beltline, it's the place for you. A three-bedroom loft is slightly more reasonable at $3,395. (You can view all the options and photos in the building here.) The question becomes, and it's being discussed already, are the rents worth the space? Will young Atlantans who want to be close to the Beltline be able to move in? Or will they fill up mostly with empty nesters and tech professionals priced out of San Francisco and New York City? Debate all you like! We'll be off selling our possessions so we can both fit into and afford a PCM studio.
