AJC Decatur Book Festival releases 2014 schedule

The long, muggy days of summer will be coming to an end, and with that comes the heralded return of AJC Decatur Book Festival, which just released the 2014 schedule.

The ninth annual event happening Fri.-Sun., Aug. 29-31, expects about 75,000 attendees, and will feature a remarkable amount of visiting authors, including a keynote address by American literary icon Joyce Carol Oates. While Oates Friday address at Emory University’s Schwartz Center for Performing Arts kicks off the festivities, we’ve got a list of several notable author chats and panel discussions below:

Ron Rash
