Harris Blackwood, the director of the Georgia Governor’s Office of Highway Safety, was not forced to resign or given a formal reprimand after an investigation into inappropriate sexual comments he made to employees in February. Blackwood, a Gov. Nathan Deal appointee apologized for his conduct and was required to undergo workforce training.

The Atlanta Streetcar is approximately 80 feet long and more than 45 tons. And it rides on rails and can’t really avoid cars. So maybe cars should avoid the Atlanta Streetcar.

A Morehouse College student was shot when he and friends were robbed while walking home from a party early Saturday morning. The student is recovering from the injury and Atlanta Police are looking for a 20-year-old black male suspect.
