Sorry Georgia GOP convention in Augusta this weekend, Gov. Nathan Deal already has plans.

A builder has been chosen for the 39-story tower coming to the corner of West Peachtree and 14th Street next year. It’ll be the tallest residential tower built since the Great Recession and will be paired with possibly Atlanta’s largest Whole Foods, with its “planned pub, microbrewery and cooking school.”

The French Navy says it has found underwater signals from an EgyptAir Flight 804 black box. The plane crashed in the Mediterranean in May while en route to Cairo from Paris. 

“Former Attorney General Eric Holder says Edward Snowden’s leak was ‘inappropriate and illegal’ but ‘I think that he actually performed a public service by raising the debate that we engaged in and by the changes that we made.’” The White House still thinks otherwise.
