This sexually explicit, profane exchange between a judge and a defendant makes your typical courtroom drama look tamer than Saturday morning cartoons. Not even a running contempt tab of 10 years in prison could quiet down this murder suspect in a Rome, Ga. courtroom last week as he bragged about the size of his member, dared to whip it out and pleasure himself in the courtroom, and threatened to kill the judge’s family. Yet somehow the judge, trying to hold it together, still trumps his bad behavior with a homophobic remark. 

Looks like the Masquerade may be moving to the industrial west side. A low-rise warehouse north of Huff Road will undergo $200,000 in renovation and house the former North Avenue music venue, if permits are approved.
