Owned by baking enthusiasts Johnnie and Ed Gabriel, this bakery opened in 1996 and has grown more and more each year. Since 2003, they tripled their space and they now serve breakfast, lunch and dinner six days a week. Today, they have an entire staff of talented bakers and offer holiday and special occasion cakes originally designed for each customer.
