When it opened in August 2014, the Luminary became the first of what will be many diverse food offerings in the ambitious new Krog Street Market. Executive chef Eli Kirshtein's debut restaurant, the Luminary is a French-American brasserie with a Southern twist. Expect dishes like crispy catfish brandade (the catfish replaces the usual cod and pickled Vidalias accompany the dish), steak frites, and seafood from the raw bar.
