Queen of Cream


Owner Cora Cotrim's Queen of Cream is an ice cream and coffee parlor on Highland Ave. Expect ice cream flavors such as sweet Georgia corn with blueberries, fresh mint chip, Thai tea, and cold-brew coffee with cacao nibs will be available by the scoop and by the pint. In addition to regular coffeehouse beverages, there are also iced coffees with homemade syrups spiked with chocolate or coffee ice cubes.


Owned and operated by chef Hugh Acheson and Empire State South beverage manager Dale Donchey, Spiller Park is a coffee shop done right, serving artisanal coffee, tea, espresso, a freshly baked Sublime doughnuts.
