Le Fat is a Vietnamese restaurant full of French flair and miles away (literally and figuratively) from Buford Highway's restaurant row. Le Fat's Vietnamese-basics-done-well are not overwhelmingly better than more traditional restaurants like Nam Phuong or a Pho Dai Loi, but they are clearly more chef-y.
Nestled inside Bacchanalia, Little Bacch is an elegant dining room that features dishes using many ingredients grown by chef-owners Anne Quatrano and Clifford Harrison. Little Bacch serves a seasonal a la carte menu with bites such as oysters, Summmerland farm greens, fish baked in parchment, chocolate soufflé, and more.

Executive chef Eli Kirshtein's debut restaurant, the Luminary is a French-American brasserie with a Southern twist.
