Restaurants Joel gets a facelift

Joel, the upscale French restaurant on Northside Parkway, will be undergoing a renovation over the summer which will turn the space into two restaurants under one roof. One side will remain the fine dining establishment we all know and love, and the other side will be transformed into a more casual classic French bistro. The restaurant will remain open during construction.
