This just in:

On Feb. 24, at 10 p.m, Chef Kevin Rathbun (pictured) and his brother, Chef Kent Rathbun, will make their debut on Iron Chef. The two chef siblings will be paired together to battle an unannounced Iron Chef.

The Rathbun brothers will have one hour to prepare five different dishes with the “secret ingredient” that the Food Network introduces to the chefs. Trey Wilcox, who is the chef de cuisine of Abacus, will assist the brotherly duo.

“We will be ready for anything that they hand to us with the hopes of beating the Iron Chef,” says Kevin Rathbun, owner of Rathbun’s, Krog Bar and Kevin Rathbun Steak in Atlanta. Kent Rathbun is the owner of Abacus and Jaspers, in Dallas, Tex.

That's a great trio. I think Kevin is a talented chef, and I'm sure his brother is at the same level. Tre was my favorite out of the last season of Top Chef, also. I like Iron Chef America anyway, but I'll definately be watching this episode. Is Kevin or Kent the challenger? Or are they a duo challenge like the 2 Dudes episode?
