Hmmm ... while the commenters on that page seem to praise her, I think your new intern needs to step back and do some self-evaluation. She "watched in horror" at McD's? Please. She wants them both to "overcome their culinary egos"? I read nothing in her essay which suggested he had a problem with her eating habits. It's purely her having a problem with his. Not a well thought-out essay. Sorry.
