Restaurants Closed: Slice pizza on Howell Mill

I noticed today Slice pizza on Howell Mill is boarded-up and for sale. A quick Googling indicates the place has been closed for over a month.

OT- I heard a nasty rumor that Kool Korners has closed.... please tell me this isn't so!!

I don't know about "good riddance," but I was never wowed by the place beyond its convenient location for us CL lunchers. Anyone have any suggestions on Midtown West pizza options?
