New chef for the Farmhouse at Serenbe

Nick Melvin is replacing Nicholas Bour (who left for DC) as the chef at the Farmhouse at Serenbe. Melvin comes to Serenbe from Concentrics, where he worked as sous chef for a few of their projects, including Murphy's, Room and Tap.

What restaurant did Nicolas go to in DC? I'm still pissed Iris closed. Nothing has replased the great food there. Glenwood comes close, but still falls short.

Nic went to The Willard Intercontinental; they hired him to head up their farm-to-table program.
