Above are the ultra-thin, cormeal-fried green tomatoes I sampled at Chazz last week. The flavor wasn't bad, especially if you enjoy a salty mouth burn, but the ketchup took me totally by surprise. I tried it and did not like the combination. Is this something commonplace that I've somehow never encountered before?
At right is my plate of a tiny, boneless fried chicken breast, collards and fried okra.
