Here's a don't-miss Sunday meal.  Hector Santiago, "Top Chef" contestant and owner-chef of Pura Vida, is offering a Latin-American supper 5-9 p.m. every Sunday.

You get a salad, your choice of an entree featuring rice, two sides for the table to share and dessert for only $16. My entree yesterday was this large hunk of crispy, carnitas-like roasted pork with rice cooked in a banana leaf with pigeon peas (above).

Wayne ordered "Mexican flag rice," featuring red, white and green rice and really delicious barbacoa under razor-thin radish slices (above, right).

Our sides included very garlicky baby chard and cauliflower with sauteed onions. Dessert was a banana cupcake with cream-cheese frosting.

I'll have more to say in a future Grazing column, but you should go this Sunday and you should definitely make a reservation online.
