Happy Memorial Day and (unofficial) start of summer! Here are some food events going on in Atlanta this weekend.

Piedmont Park Green Market Sat., May 29: Chef Walter Osterbind of Grant Central Pizza will cook at the demo kitchen under the patio of the park’s Community Center from 11 a.m.-noon. Plus, a special event that is not technically this weekend but deserves attention...

Fox Bros. BBQ, Tues., June 1: Climb to Conquer SADS (Sudden Arrhythmia Death Syndromes). 15% of all food proceeds and all proceeds from a silent auction will be donated to the SADS Foundation. The foundation is sponsoring a mountain climber who will climb Mt.
