The 2010 FIFA World Cup begins this week on the 11th. Many restaurants and bars will have viewing parties and other special events. Here are some notable World Cup-related events and other food events going on this week.

For each game, a special menu featuring food and drink from the competing countries will be served, with 10% of profits going to SOS Children's Village. Check this page for game times.
