The Shed at Glenwood $3 Slider Night, Fri., Sept. 17: Over 10 different kinds of sliders to choose from including Angus Burger, Fried Tomato, and White Truffle Chicken Salad. Various wines will also be featured for around $20 a bottle. 475 Bill Kennedy Way. 404-835-4363.

Shaun’s Gluten Free Menu, Fri.-Sun., Sept. 17-19: Shaun’s Restaurant will be featuring their gluten free menu. This 4-course dinner includes white gazpacho, prosciutto san danielle with gluten free focaccia, steen’s cane syrup marinated duck, vanilla panna cotta, and more. $45 per person. 1029 Edgewood Ave. 404-577-4358.

Shaun's Half-Price Brunch, Sat., Sept. 18: Chef Shaun Doty will be offering brunch for half price (excluding alcohol) at his casual neighborhood bistro in Inman Park for this one day only. Items including ricotta beignets with chocolate sauce, crispy Sardinian flatbread, cheddar waffles, and Maryland-style jumbo lump crab cakes will all be half off. 11 a.m.-2 p.m. 1029 Edgewood Ave. 404-577-4358.

Marietta Square Farmers Market, Sat., Sept. 18: The market will take place every Saturday — rain or shine — through November 2010. Event features Georgia grown products including fresh vegetables, fruits, herbs, flowers, honey, breads, and other such items. Wine tasting hosted by Van Ruiten Winery will also be featured. 9 a.m.-12 noon, Historic Marietta Square.

5 Seasons Restaurant & Brewery North Fall in Love with a Female Farmer, Sat., Sept 18th: Celebrate female farmers with a 5 course dinner, featuring foods from 5 farms. Featured farmers include Sunshine from Rock Star Farms, Charlotte from Riverview Farms, Paige from Serenbe Farms, Laurie from Moore Farms, and Celia from Woodland Gardens. 3655 Old Milton Parkway. 7 p.m., $55 per person.

Concentrics Restaurant Week, Mon., Sept. 13-Sun., Sept. 19: Event features a 3-course prix frixe menu, including an appetizer, entrée and dessert, at all Atlanta locations. Offers exclude alcohol, tax and gratuity. Note: PARISH is closed on Mondays. Participating restaurants include: ONE.
