Rumors swirled this week that F.A.B was relocating to the Ritz-Carlton Residences, which was ultimately untrue. Turns out that the F.A.B folks are actually opening a new restaurant at Ritz-Carlton. Hm, why does that sound familiar? Oh, yeah, because we caught wind of it back in May. They’ve now announced that the new venture will be called F&B.

Similar chaos occurred around the relocation of Watershed, which was reported to have landed in Buckhead. The news was later challenged by What Now Atlanta, who says sources at the property can’t confirm their new tenant yet.

Also on What Now Atlanta, Social House has “closed for renovations.” Temporarily, of course.

A new open-air produce stand, Dewberry Market, has opened in Midtown at the site of the former Jock’s and Jill’s. The stand is open Monday - Saturday from 11 a.m. - 7 p.m. and specializes in local produce. They hope to open more locations around town. Patch has some photos.
