President Obama was spotted at The Varsity on North Ave. Tuesday around lunchtime. And what did he have? One Twitter-er, Amanda Ozment, was definitely in the right place at the right time as she captured this video of President Obama as he ordered "five chili dogs, four regular dogs, and one hamburger."
