News Lance Gummere joining Shaun Doty at Bantam & Biddy

Chef Lance Gummere of The Shed will be leaving the restaurant in order to join forces with Shaun Doty to open Bantam & Biddy, a fast-casual fried chicken concept opening in Ansley Mall in early October. Gummere will control the food and beverage program as well as the day-to-day operations.
Gummere said,
"Bantam & Biddy is the type of place I'd want to take my children to. I can't imagine a better way to focus my love of seasonal cooking and fine cooking than in a restaurant that's approachable for everyone."
