Restaurants The Drafting Table to open in Hill Street Tavern's space

The new tenant is The Drafting Table, advertised as a gastro-pub that will open in September. I have no details. Ditto for specifically why Hill Street Tavern closed. It did receive a very low health rating, 34, last January, but the official cause of the closing still hasn't been disclosed, at least as far as I can tell....
TODD RICHARDS, the chef who will officially replace Lance Gummere at the Shed at Glenwood later this month, is already dabbling in the kitchen. Wednesday's $3-slider night featured a miniature po-boy (center of pic at right). I also got a remarkable slider of lamb sausage with pear jam, and one of pastrami, beer mustard, and fried pickles....
GET OUT YOUR GROUPON COUPON and head to Noni's. I hadn't been there in quite a while when Wayne and I dropped by for dinner Monday night. I got my usual: the eggplant and fried chicken parmesan, served over spaghettini with marinara (left photo). Wayne ordered a huge sandwich, the Noni, packed with three different deli meats, cheese, and roasted tomato on ciabatta.
We were disappointed to see that our longtime favorite, the green pea salad, was no longer on the menu. But, overall, we were quite happy.
