Bone Lick BBQ opens today in West Midtown

Bone Lick BBQ opens up at its new home in West Midtown
  • Bone Lick BBQ opens up at it's new home in West Midtown

Bone Lick BBQ is officially open which means Chef Mike LaSage's barbecue finally has a permanent home. After a few years of serving his awarding-winning barbecue weekly at P'cheen International Bistro, chef LaSage's barbecue and other offerings will be available for lunch, dinner, and delivery every Tuesday through Sunday at his newest establishment, Bone Lick BBQ.

The restaurant, located at 1133 Huff Road at Apex West Midtown, will focus on keeping the menu chef-driven, local, interesting, and fresh. Old favorites from the days at P'cheen will be available along with new additions like homemade beef jerky and sausage. And speaking of local and interesting, Bone Lick will only be keeping only Georgia beers on tap, and will be offering desserts like maple bacon cotton candy.

The interior theme is a cross between a 1950's diner and traditional barbecue joint, complete with vintage refrigerators, antique skee ball, and a juke box (see below).

Sneak a peak at Bone Lick BBQ's piggy-themed juke box, skee ball machine, and interior:
