I lunched well today, as usual, at Anis in Buckhead with three friends. We were treated to this amuse bouche of salmon, sauteed kale, mushrooms, artichokes, and truffle vin. I know. It sounds complicated but it all came together well.
My entree was classic steak frites with salad — a bit heavy for lunch, but I promise to eat lightly tonight.
We make pizza at home about once a week.
