An interesting look at foodie figures of speech from around the world. For example, the Spanish equivalent of being "born with a silver spoon in your mouth" is "con un pan bajo el brazo," (with a loaf of bread under your arm).

Australian shiraz is infamous for being jammy and over-powering, but producers Down Under seem to be stepping up their game according to Food & Wine's "In Defense of Australian Shiraz."
