Favorite dish at Hong Kong Harbour

Lunch last week with friends at Hong Kong Harbour, one of Midtown's old reliables for years. I rarely eat anything besides this fried tofu stuffed with shrimp and pork, over which I lightly spoon a brown sauce and red chili oil. Friends ordered more American-familiar dishes like moo shu duck, which was made with so little shredded barbecue duck that my friend didn't stop complaining throughout lunch.
