Name that restaurant ...

According to this ad on Craigslist, a "[f]ully equipped restaurant and bar" in Old Fourth Ward is for sale. So who's looking to get out of the OFW restaurant game despite the neighborhood's status "as a cradle of culinary and artistic innovation?" Here are your clues:

1. The space is 4200/sf and can seat more than 100 guests

2. Large bar area

3. Almost $500,000 was spent to open doors

4. Name of business is not included in sale

5. Ample parking included

6. The ad claims that this space is the "perfect venue for any chef driven concept, casual, upscale, tavern, bar, BBQ, etc. with only cosmetic work needed to conform to design requirements."

I hate to name names, but I can only think of one name that fits this description. Anybody have a guess? Or, if you've got the inside scoop, feel free to drop us a line ...

UPDATE: (Nov. 19, 2012) Mystery solved. The Corner Tavern located at 464 Edgewood Ave. was listed for sale by The Schumacher Group. The restaurant is priced at $225,000 with owner financing options.
