According to this ad on Craigslist, a "[f]ully equipped restaurant and bar" in Old Fourth Ward is for sale. So who's looking to get out of the OFW restaurant game despite the neighborhood's status "as a cradle of culinary and artistic innovation?" Here are your clues:
1. The space is 4200/sf and can seat more than 100 guests
2. Large bar area
3. Almost $500,000 was spent to open doors
4. Name of business is not included in sale
5. Ample parking included
6. The ad claims that this space is the "perfect venue for any chef driven concept, casual, upscale, tavern, bar, BBQ, etc. with only cosmetic work needed to conform to design requirements."
