Big Tex Decatur Fri., Jan. 11, 6 p.m. Celebrate Elvis' Birthday The evening will feature live renditions of your favorite Elvis songs by the Pelvis Breastlies and Elvis-inspired dishes and drinks. Details
The Viking Store Fri., Jan. 4, 6-9 p.m. Pasta Workshop at The Viking School Class includes instruction on making basic pasta dough, rolling and cutting pasta dough, shaping, filling and assembling pasta, and making compound butter. Details
Whole Foods Market Briarcliff Sat., Jan. 12, 1-4 p.m. Free growler and beer tasting Customers will receive a free 64-ounce reusable Growler bottle with the purchase of their choice of draft beer (64 ounces) between 8 a.m. and 10 p.m. The market has four taps for craft beer including locally-made Wild Heaven Ode to Mercy. Turner Field Sun., Jan. 13, 7:45 a.m. Hot Chocolate 15/5K RAM Racing brings "Chocolate Wonderland" to Atlanta. Run 3.1 or 9.3 miles through Atlanta on January 13. When you cross the finish line you will be greeted by hot chocolate, chocolate goodies, and chocolate fondue. Details
